Food was cold, less chips every delivery, pizza burnt every time, wrapp was cold and soggy

were rude to me on the phone and rude to there delivery drivers

Refund me immediately!!! You did not deliver my food after demanding an extra delivery charge by phone!

Only half of our order came . We asked for a delivery because of the cold weather and I had to go out to the shop because of the poor service. It was a small order, only two items and there was no explanation given as to why only half of it was delivered?

Usually really enjoy the food but waited over an hour for delivery and pizza was cold.

Absolute great tasting mixed kebab, quality produce cooked to perfection. Highly recommended

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!! We ordered a seafood pizza (as we normally do everywhere else) as I have AGS, pizza turned up with peperoni on it!! And this subsequently caused an alergic reaction! Called them and had the worst customer experience of my life, refused to remake and deliver a new pizza. Then instead of being decent and refunding the entire order as a gesture they just said they will make a note of credit and just to call nextime and as we have a credit note for the value of the pizza.... Last time we will use them

Got a single pizza, not a supper which i ordered, almost 2 hours late and freezing cold. Absolutely appalling.

Very small chip portion Chicken supper was dry with barely any chips. The chips it did have were old and dry.

Normally pretty good tbh. I know they were quite busy but the food took a hour to get to us. It wasn’t a big order but half was missing, driver went back and got the rest. Food was cold, chips felt like rubber. Don’t know if they had been wrapped and sat in the heated bit for ages. Second pita bread was rock solid. Not really want you want when spending 20 quid on a kebab, chips and a can of juice

2 and a half hour wait for food, because they ‘forgot’ to do our order, no offer of refund or anything. Food was nice when it arrived

Come on can't you cook chips, black spots in them and didn't look the colour of a chip. And then your delivery man on the phone outside my house for a solid 5 mins blowing his nose. Get a grip golden fish or you will lose customers. Definitely won't be back.. 2/10

2 and a half hours I waited last night only to find out the order still wasn’t made or on its way out after being told the previous time I had called it was out for delivery! Absolute joke, haven’t recieved my money back either after asking twice
