The chips improved with that delivery, but last lot of chips were total rubbish. Just chucked them. Also can't understand been forced to pay extra for a drink that I dont want. Fish and burgers are good. (Regular customer.)

Wrong order received. Called and had to wait for the right order and when the guy arrived and I handed the other order back, he handed me mine. Opened the bag and the box wasn't closed like someone had opened it and it was not even warm anymore. The extra half bit if fish in there didnt make up for the fact it was literally inedible due to it possibly being opened by another customer first. Doubtful ill order again.

Burger lovely...and the rest...but dont know why i have to take a can of soda, as it says it required, so cant refuse it either. It's a waste when i don't want any soda. Giving it back is kinda stupid. The customer should have a choice to refuse the can of soda. Otherwise the food Is good. 😋

It was awful, terrible food poisoning. Have left google review too, still feel sick 2 days later. Clearly cross contamination in the kitchen. You have cut the salad on a surface that has had raw meat on it, or stored it incorrectly.

Today the chips were not great. Most of them binned. Fish was dry. The batter was decent enough.

Always well cooked, mostly hot on arrival, depending on the weather! Crisp batter and chips that aren’t greasy. A lovely end of the week treat.

We’ve been a customer for years but enough was enough with last order. Fish was more hard solid batter than anything else. Chips were pale and barely cooked, zero taste. Pizzas were overcooked and dry. Order was wrong and late, was probably in the delivery van for 25 minutes getting gradually worse by the minute. Only chip shop in the town but I’d rather keep my money.

Food was cold, less chips every delivery, pizza burnt every time, wrapp was cold and soggy

Only half of our order came . We asked for a delivery because of the cold weather and I had to go out to the shop because of the poor service. It was a small order, only two items and there was no explanation given as to why only half of it was delivered?
